For best installation results, only mount the ceiling stabilizer block to wood or metal beam ceilings. (For best results on sheet rock ceilings, an added piece of wood is recommended between the sheet rock and the ceiling stabilizer block so that no sheet rock damage occurs. Be sure to include within your measurements the added piece of wood for correct sizing measurements for your pole)
