This base is made only for the Heavy Duty Commercial Spinning Poles to enable it to spin or remain stationary The upgrade of $59.95 only applies when purchasing the pole, enabling the factory to switch the original bases for the upgraded bases This base will not work nor fit any of our other poles!!!
